Important Notice Regarding Service Facilities - Available Services and Locations
We are pleased to inform our customers that repair services are currently available to all customers at our East Coast service facility as well as at the new West Coast facility. Service is now available for those mailing-in product, as well as for walk-in / drop-off service.
Please note the following important details:
- East Coast Service facility customers (NY): In New York, walk-in/ drop-off counter service is available only at the Melville, NY location at Nikon Headquarters. Walk-in/ drop-off counter service is not available at the Plainview, NY address.
- West Coast Service facility customers (CA): We have relocated our West Coast facility to a new address for both shipping and for walk-in / drop-off service.
Please be aware that all visitors will be required to observe the safety protocols in place at these facilities.
We would like to ask for your patience, as an increase in repair turn-around time is expected to continue due to the increase in transit/delivery time as a result of COVID-19.

Factory Maintenance & Cleaning
Nikon cameras and lenses are engineered for brilliant performance. But like performance vehicles, a little care and proper maintenance is needed to keep them running at their best.
Before arriving for in-person service you must Schedule Service and print out all of your repair confirmation paperwork. Please also follow any posted instructions regarding the use of masks and social distancing.
