Important Notice Regarding Service Facilities - Available Services and Locations
Our first priority remains the safety of our customers and employees.
We are pleased to inform our customers that our West Coast Service Facility is now accepting shipments from customers for repairs and service at our new address. However, walk-in counter service IS NOT AVAILABLE at the West Coast Service Facility at this time. We look forward to resuming full service as soon as local restrictions allow.
Repair services are currently available to all customers at our East Coast service facility, including those mailing-in product, as well as walk-in counter service. Please be aware of the revised shipping address for those shipping product for service.
In New York, walk-in counter service is available only at the Melville, NY location. Please be aware that all visitors will be required to observe the safety protocols in place at this facility. Walk-in counter service is not available at the Plainview, NY location.
We would like to ask for your patience, as an increase in repair turn-around time is expected to continue due to the increase in transit/delivery time as a result of COVID-19.

Before arriving for in-person service at our Melville, New York headquarters, you must Schedule Service and print out all of your repair confirmation paperwork. Please also follow any posted instructions regarding the use of masks and social distancing.
