OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
The overall responsibility of the position is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day execution of service operations, ensuring that the service level and customer expectations are met or exceeded. In addition, the position will coordinate all processes related to service repairs, analyze reports on the performance and quality of service operations, identifying and resolving issues, risks, and inefficiencies. The position will work with other company stakeholders, service providers, and customers, to communicate, collaborate, and align on service objectives, standards, and best practices. Keep management updated of any issues.

DESCRIBE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Provide administrative support and perform customer relations duties for Nikon Service Department
- Administer repair re-estimates, vendor inquiries, part holds, part releases, invoicing billing and departmental procedures.
- Prepare invoices and manage payment processing, including collecting payments and maintaining billing records.
- Manage scheduling, paperwork, and other administrative tasks related to the service department
- Maintain best practices procedures to ensure accurate record keeping for all service operations processes
- Assist in the resolution of issues and processing questions regarding service orders.
- Manages shipping returns processing and manage claims for product replacement.
- Generate reports to ensure proper processing.
- Correspond with authorized dealers and end users regarding service issues.
Ancillary responsibilities:
- Respond to consumer requests to control elevated service issues at the Service Counter.
- Deposit monthly cash received from Service and Parts Departments, document batch information and forward to Accounting Department.
- All other duties as required or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Word, Excel
- SAP, R3 and Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge helpful
- Knowledge of customer services practices and procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work beyond the normal defined hours of operation if needed
- Ability to travel if needed
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years administrative and customer service experience (service department preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to; knowledge, skills, experience, education and location. The range for this position is $60,000-$69,000.
