Incredible
There are very few lenses that are worthy of such a price tag. This one is, easily. Perfectly sharp. Beautiful bokeh. absolute control.
The only down side is that the controls are opposite than I'd prefer. The shift feature moves laterally when I'd prefer it to move medially in conjunction with the tilt feature. I understand that as a portrait/wedding photographer I'm probably an anomaly, but it would be nice to be able to switch.

According to lens specs PC-E 24mm is only Tilt/Shift lens ..... I wonder if PC-E Micro 45mm or PC-E Micro 85mm can create Micro Photos as well as AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED??
Can anyone put here some link for mor information or SAMPLE PHOTOS of MICRO PHOTOS taken by PC-E 45mm and PC-E 85mm.
Thanks.

Answer:
What do you shoot mostly?I myself, would choose 24mm because I would mostly use for
wide landscape etc..
I believe the 45 mm is macro as well , not sure if 1/1 ratio as the 105mm is.
The 45 and 85mm would be more portrait work
or tighter scenics...
I would think of what I would be using it for the most
and choose what best fits your photography needs...

PC-E Micro NIKKOR 45mm f/2.8D ED Review
by Andrew AlexanderNovember 2011
Andrew Alexander posted his review of the 45mm ƒ/2.8 PC-E NIKKOR lens on the SLRgear Review website, touting the quality build of the lens; noting the solid textured finish and delicate slide of the large focus ring. In testing the lens, Alexander found Chromatic Aberration was controlled, as was distortion. He said the lens was a delight to use. Alexander concluded by saying that the only choice a photographer looking at the Nikon line of PC-E lenses had was whether or not to get the 45mm lens, or the 24mm or 85mm models.
