Answer:
Nikon claim the YS D1 is compatable with the WP N2 and the camera 1 J3. this is not true. The camera is limited to a MAXIMUM shutter speed of 1/60th of a second and that at minimum depth of field. as an undewater set up it is totally useless and Nikon should be held accountable for false advertising. I know all this as i have wasted a small fortune having this exact set up and every underwater photographer has been staggered by Niko's limitations. if you want to take pictures in the pool..ok, otherwise go elsewhere and write to Nikon complainning. They will not even acknowledge any of the issues, stating only that I have set up the camera correctly.

I did buy this housing and it accepts 67mm filters. That is nice and will allow the use of close-up lenses and other attachments.

Answer:
The WP-N2 Waterproof Housing does have 3 (three) tripod mounts arrayed in a line across the bottom of the housing allowing for the attachment of many accessories. I'm not certain of compatibility of the WP-N2 with the brand of lights you mention, but the readily available SEA&SEA YS-D1 is a perfect fit.
