The vibrations caused by the engines are transmitted through the fuselage and can make your photos blurry. Instead, sit up in the seat and hold the camera as still as you can, close to the window.

I plan to use the EH-6A to power my D3 for all night astro photography in the field powered by a battery with an inverter (Vagabond). Does the draw also depend on the battery in the camera, or once connected with the camera does it draw all power from the EH-6A?

Answer:

While the AC adapter is connected, power will be supplied by the AC adapter, not the battery. The battery can also be removed to make the camera lighter
