If you buy the SX-1 on its own then it comes with no adaptor rings, these have to boought seperately. If you buy the R1 or R1-C1 kit then adaptor rings are included.

There is not enough information to answer specifically. The SX-1 can be mounted on virtually any NIKKOR lens using adapter rings.

Answer: 
The SX-1 is used to secure the SB-R200 by attaching it to the Adapter Ring on the front of the lens. In order to attach this to the lens you will need one of the adapter rings (Kit of 5) that comes in diameters of 52mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm and 77mm. In this case for that lens it will be the 72mm adapter ring.
