It is possible to shoot full HD with the adapter for a longer period of time (two hours)? Or while the battery in the camera?

Answer: 
Yes, you can use the AC Adapter to record HD videos. However, since the AC Adapter uses a dummy battery you will need to remove the EN-EL12 from the camera.

I have a camera Coolpix P500. And I want to use a tripod to shoot. It's enough space behind the tripod and I use to install this adapter, knowing that you have to remove battery and replace it with another "battery"?

There is no reason why not, after all its only a power adaptor, just make sure its strapped up out the way, a strip of velcro would work.
