Is it safe to use the AS-15 with ANY studio flashes and a digital slr? I have heard there may be voltage issues that could damage the slr.

Can I use this adapter with my SB800? Or is the AS-10 the better solution for using my SB800, off camera, and hard wired?

I got an AS-15, assuming (always a mistake) there was a PC connection on my SB600, so I could use it off- camera. There isn't one that I can find. Therefore how do I use ther AS-15 and SB600?

Answer:
If I read you question right you want to use your sb600 off the camera, depends on whay camera you are using, the AS15 is a sync to your PC that can be used with strobe lights, it is not a flash commander. You need a SU-800 commander.1 of 1
