Great, simple to use, but... Over all the camera is fantastic, but the auto-focus feature doesn't seem that great. I've had my camera for about two years now and most of the pictures I've taken have been blury, and well unfocused. Also, I attend concerts regularly and this camera does not preform well there. It's Good, But.. it's a really good camara, but it's for begginers, and it's more of a family camara. The pictures sometimes seem to appear blurry and the autofocus doesn't work very well. I've had my camara for almost 4 years now, and i never got it to work exactly how i wanted it to, September 19, 2010
Alright of a camera So I most likely have had this camera for over 4 years now . It's alright but not the best I personally don't like for how old it is. I would honestly not buy this product again but when I bought it it was really cheap. My favorite setting is close-up it takes great close up photos. I think that is the best thing that I like about this camera. Also it's kind hard to break so if it falls out of your hands it doesn't really break too easily. February 27, 2012
Takes quality photos rarely. However... I have had this camera for about 4 years now, and I am seriously in need of an upgrade. Though this camera takes quality photos, it is rare that it happens. I have several issues with his camera-I will list them out: 1. Out of 100 photos, about 10% are crisp. 2. The only way I can seem to get photos to mostly be crisp is through close-up mode which I leave it on always. (makes up the 10 percent non blurry photos) 3. Time to take the picture is at least 1-5 seconds. In this length of time, it is VERY easy (which I have learned) to miss the opportunity to snap the photo you want. 4. Load time to turn on the camera is about 1 minute- way too long in my opinion. 5. Load time after you take a picture to take another picture can vary between 5 seconds to 1 minute. 6. After taking a photo, most often I have received a message saying that my photo was blurry do I want to delete it. I ALWAYS save the photos I take because I have found this message to be very false. Photos that were said to be blurry were perfect, and ones where the message didn't pop up were blurry. 7. Sound quality is very poor when recording video, though I found the zooming while in video mode to be decent. 8. Every time I turn on my camera I have to turn off the flash. It resets itself every time the camera turns off. Very frustrating. 9. DRAINS BATTERY QUICKLY. I have never been able to go a full day on a new set of batteries. They run out within a couple of hours. 10. Stabilization on this camera is nonexistent. When trying to focus on a target it is very prone to blur because of the TINIEST movements such as natural pulsing in your hands. -I could continue this list, but I don't have the time. Overall, if you are patient, try this camera. Don't pay full price for it, though, because there are other Nikons for the same price that are much better. Picture quality is very good when you can get a crisp photo. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. March 13, 2011

This COOLPIX. L10 camera works perfect on my OS Windows7 x64 thanks to the disc and I have had no issues learning how to use it without going through the manual. Becuase the camera has been out for sale some time now and the driver on the disc it came with is several months old, I was wondering 'is there a new driver update for this camera?'
