Celebrating 20 years in 2009, Santa Fe Photographic Workshops is a world leader in photographic inspiration and instruction. Over 200 workshops are offered each year in Santa Fe, New Mexico; San Miguel de Allende, Mexico; and around the world. The Workshops enlists the most talented and influential photographers working today as instructors for week-long workshops, weekend intensives, and one-on-one Photography Mentorships.

Located in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of historic Santa Fe, the Workshops’ campus provides a tranquil backdrop for the creative workshop experience to unfold. From around the world, participants of all skill levels travel to magical Santa Fe to engage their passion for photography and hone their technical skills.

Year-round workshops cover lighting techniques, personal vision, printmaking, storytelling, landscape, travel, nature, and portrait photography. Mastering digital workflow and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom occur in the state-of-the-art digital facility. Evening presentations by visiting instructors add to the sense of community, camaraderie, and inspiration that infuse the experience. Travel workshops take photographers to the four corners of the globe, while in October and November a popular four-week series of week-long workshops are held on a private campus in San Miguel de Allende.
