Every time I charge a battery I get the fast blinking light after charging the battery for about 15 minutes. I never get the solid light that denotes that the battery is fully charged.

Answer:
There are 3 batteries of varying age. Seems too coincidental that they have all failed at the same time.

I have one of those and i need to know the voltage. It has two voltages written on the back one says 100V-240V and the other says just 120V, I don´t have the manual. I bought it in the USA but I need to use it in the UK, where the voltage is 240V.

Answer:
100-240 volts but check to charger cord for voltage rating as you may have to change the cord to meet the voltage requirements of the country you are in. It is a generic cord which can be found at most electronics retailers.
