What Lens Hoods will fit the AF-S 400, besides the 2 piece HK-25. Would prefer a 1 piece even if its a Canon or other as long as it will fit!

Anyone know where I can buy the tiny screws that attach to the thumb knobs that hold this hood in place?

I have lost one and cannot seem to find them anywhere.
