Does this eyepiece work with the little adjustment wheel on the EVF so it will go plus or minus from the +3 that this eyepiece is?

The eyepiece that comes with the camera goes from -4 to +3. Does this accessory allow the EVF focus to go from -1 to +6 ?

Will the DK-20C +3.0 fit a D50? I have a DK 21M installed on my camera (D50) and it fit with no problem.

I think you would be better off talking to an optometrist, and remember the nikon eyepiece in the camera is a -1 so tou need +1 to get back to 0
