Great compact camera! This is a great all in one camera that is flexible and has a host of features like a 42x Zoom lens which is like having a 24mm-1000mm lens. I am shooting special events for my church for their Sunday Services and the pictures and videos have come out nicely. I just recently took pictures for the Decatur Celebration, which was a three day Event, and the pictures and videos came out great. thank you Nikon for making this nice and compact powerhouse camera! August 12, 2015
What a AWESOME Camera! This is my second Camera. My first Nikon. It is beyond awesome. It does everything but the dishes. Now in saying that... If you want a camera that you can just point and shoot this probably isn't the camera for you. There are a lot of features and settings to learn. I got mine in March and I still have ways to go. The video on the camera is like watching a tv movie. I just love this camera! May 28, 2015
Very Happy!!! I had a Nikon Coolpix L110, I loved it! But it had slammed against the back seat and the LCD screen broke. My husband got me the Coolpix P530 for Christmas and I am in love with it! Takes awesome pictures and the battery lasts me a few days. I am just now exploring different settings on it, but I am happy with the auto settings it has! May 2, 2015
It's just Fantastic Love It! Would recommend to anyone. And pretty sure this goes for entire Coolpix line. I run around in the woods in North West and its light and efficient. I have used it almost everyday for 8 months or so and although I have found a few areas which I need some more professional qualities' in a Camera. This will take anyone's photography to another level. If you spend time with it. Good Job Nikon you have a life long fan. I am not saying its perfect but it's very very very good. April 22, 2015
Great Camera for a beginner I bought this camera during the holidays. After I saw how great the pictures were I found a new hobby. For someone like myself that knows nothing about photography this camera is for you. The automatic settings will dazzle your audience. And the zoom is amazing. I had folks asking me if I used a telescope when taking pictures of the moon. Honestly all I did was zoom out and use the moon setting :) March 1, 2015

I have read on Internet that the camera's lens doesn't have a tread for attaching it a filter.
Even they say that this is common flaw in the P600-P530 families.
I would like to have an answer by a Nikon adviser.
Thanks in advance.

I bought the Coolpix P530 a week ago, all it came with was a Quick Start guide. I'd like the printed version of the user's guide, not the downloadable one. I had a P100 and it had a compact 200 page user's guide that fit nicely in my purse or camera bag, I would love to have one for this new camera. I had to replace my P100 when it got damaged while on vacation. Should there have been a standard user guide in the box with my new camera? Went back to the store and they wouldn't open another box to check.
