I bought the case in the US & I reside in Canada. The DVDs are damage. Cannot view them. Where can I get replacement of the package. I do have the book, but would be very helpful to see it in video.

I bought the DSLR Value Pack case and the velcro partitions must have been rearranged by another shopper. Can you show a picture of how the velcro partitions should be arranged to secure my D7000 and lense with standard accessories into the case?
