When you insert the battery into the charger the charge lamp should blink to indicate that the battery is charging. The lamp will blink until the battery is fully charged, at which point the lamp will stop blinking and remain lit until the battery is removed from the charger. If the charge lamp is blinking very quickly, or flickering, it could indicate that your battery is faulty and needs to be replaced.
