As the National Sales Manager – Business Development for Sport Optics your responsibilities include selling and servicing new and existing accounts, creating new ideas to increase sales and directing the sales and marketing efforts for Nikon’s Golf business.  Additionally, you would manage the Sport Optic activities for the photo specialty, photo national accounts & premium markets. Sales Manager will provide & analyze sales forecasts & sell through data to determine selling potential and inventory requirements while identifying areas of growth within the optics market and implement sales strategies to accomplish our sales growth targets

Qualifications:

  • Effective time management skills
  • Highly motivated to succeed in sales
  • Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • SAP & BW experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (includes overnight travel)
  • 2 years sales management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
