As the Sales Manager – New Business Development in the Sport Optics Division of Nikon Inc. you Direct the sales and marketing efforts for Nikon’s Golf business. You will provide & analyze sales forecasts & sell through data to determine selling potential and inventory requirements while providing direct support to sales management team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the Sport Optics division is able to meet its growth targets. Sales Manager will identify areas of growth within the optics market and implement sales strategies to accomplish our sales growth targets while completing sales projects including proposals and sales meeting presentations

- Excellent Excel skills
- SAP & BW experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours as needed
- Travel up to 50% to fulfill Essential and Ancillary functions (includes overnight travel)
- 2 years sales management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
