Popular Photography magazine's Julia Silber reviewed the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens in the May issue of the magazine. Silber said that the lens attains focus quickly, and the VR added 2.5 - 4 stops of "extra handholdability."
