AH-MAY-ZING this camera has been nothing but the best thing in the world when it comes to everything digital camera wise! I've looked for other cameras to replace mine because of the side falling off from an accident.... but i simply still cannot find any other screen any better nor any other camera that will compare to this one. I still use it every chance i get! it has lasted since 2008, and its now 2012. i've had it 4 great years! If i could find another one EXACTLY like this one, maybe diff color, i'd so invest :) May 11, 2012
Nice Camera I have had this camera for almost four years and it is the best one I've ever owned. There aren't many fancy features on this camera, like picture frames, but its very reliable and takes good pictures. This camera is still very shiney and hasn't lost any of its glimmer. I have only dropped it on carpet and soft areas, so if you drop cameras a lot, a more sturdy one may be needed. The zoom feature is a little good, but in the wrong light settings it comes out really grainy and blurry. The screen is huge, and amazing for sharing pictures with friends, but its not touch screen. I really wish it was with all the screen that it comes with. Overall, a fantastic camera. December 9, 2010
I have had nothing but fun with this camera I have had nothing but fun with this camera. I will stay with NIKON. October 15, 2010

It will go into focus and then back out of focus when pushing the button halfway or just taking the picture. Any suggestions? Thanks

Answer:
When the subject is in focus, the focus area and focus indidator blink red. Change the composition and try again. When digital zoom is in effect, the focus area is not displayed and focus is acquired on the subject in the center of the monitor.

Even though the indicator lights flash red indicating it is in focus, what is shown on the screen is still blurry and out of focus and so is the picture if I take it anyway. It acts like it's focusing and then goes blurry/fuzzy again. Changing the composition has no effect. Any other suggestions? Thank you

I removed the data card from my camera to transfer some photos to my computer. When I put the card back into the camera says Memory card is write protected, even though the card is unlocked. Same for 2 other cards I tried. I cannot take pictures and am outside the US. How can I fix this problem?
